new song

not bad but nothing special either. One listen to one song so I'll reserve judgement for now.

Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit - The Nashville Sound - 06.16.17

Postby Rusty » Tue Sep 05, 2017 10:08 am

I'm surprised this hasn't been posted already. Isbell is usually a fave in these parts.

I like this album a lot. I thought it was OK during my first listen but I like it better every time I play it (which is frequently). No bad songs, some rockers and a couple of classics. I've only really gotten into Isbell in the last year or so but I rank this one right up there with his best work.

I haven't gotten around to this one yet. I like almost all of his stuff up to now, but haven't loved, loved his past couple of albums. I should get my ears on this soon.
