Happy Canadian Thanksgiving everyone!!

My wife is having her tofurkey and I'm having the following. Hehe. Last year I bought some turkey breast but decided for a whole free range turkey this year. Will have this with mashed potatoes, homemade gravy, cranberry sauce and that yummy stuffing you see. Will make some homemade pastry and make a pumpkin pie. My wife doesn't even like pumpkin pie. She can have the strawberries and whipping cream.

Nice turkey Aimz. Hehe.

And then it's Monday Night Football, playoff baseball and hockey (Ottawa @ Washington).

Love Canadian Thanksgiving! Best thing to come out of Canada since hockey. Wish Americans would take note and move our greatest holiday further away from Christmas. Happy day Canadians!
