In Singapore we get three BBC cable channels: BBC Entertainment (similar to BBC America), BBC Lifestyle and BBC Knowledge which between them show loads of BBC content plus some from other broadcasters (although I am not sure how recent a lot of it is), and a channel called ITV Granada which shows programmes from ITV, C4 and one or two from the BBC (they show Miranda and The Street for instance) - mostly not new ones, taken from the last 10 years or so (but as I have not lived in the UK since 1991 they are mainly new to me). So we get Emmerdale and Coronation Street 5 nights a week, although the story is about 2 years old. Some friends of mine went in to the pawn shop and met everyone. They said the old man was the nicest, but everyone was lined up to see chum. They also said Cory is a complete ass, which is not a surprise. he seems like one.
