Here's my rationale, for what it's worth.

First, here's how Kaepernick did the last time he played Green Bay:

http://www.pro-football-reference.com/b ... 120sfo.htm

260 passing yards, 180 rushing yards, 4 TDs, one INT. Pretty spectacular. I know Crabtree is gone but Green Bay couldn't do anything against him. I know they'll have time to prepare for him, but shit man, they had time last year and couldn't do shit against him. Second, Green Bay has a high powered offense, which means that they won't just be handing the ball off a bunch, but are going to have to have the ball in Kaepernick's hands a LOT.

Meanwhile, Oakland sucks on both sides of the ball. So my concern is that Indy runs up a big lead and they end up running out the clock. Given that I think Terrelle Pryor is starting, there are going to be some ugly interceptions, which means that Luck might not even need to throw that much.

Like your rationale. Food for thought.

I guess it's a good problem to have - better than having to decide between Geno Smith and Mark Sanchez...

I love these draft grades. The more your picks are inline with Yahoo's default ratings, the better your season? That's precious.

Damn mookie! You're pretty stacked there. Did you live draft?

Yeah, I showed up just in time. Wayne, Bob, and I were there. It was way too fast paced and flew by due to all the auto picks. Funny how we got 3 of the worst draft grades.

At this point we just have to realize that Peyton isn't human.

Or he's just really really pissed off and in Eff You mode for this entire season.
