Ya, Glaus is solid from the 3, but his defense has been described as lazy. Eventhough he's a scoring threat, I think they'll count on him more for his ball handling and passing. Wherever they use him, they've got a hell of a player who shines when they really need it. He's guided a 0.500 team to state 3 out of 4 years, and I've witnessed some amazing clutch moments and comebacks throughout that span, but none bigger than last year's divisional game where they overcame a 24 point deficit to take down the #3 team in the state. Glaus is money.

Well, Glaus is a good player but he needs to improve his defensive skills.
Nah, he's scrappy. But he'll never make it in D-1 if he doesn't improve from 3 point range.
No man, he can hit the 3. Check it out -

I must have been thinking of the other Layne Glaus.....
And besides, one big game is one thing - but can he do it consistently?
Still, could be the best player out of high school since Kwame Brown.

Layne Glaus jumped 40'4" in the triple jump and is headed to divisionals. He's also running anchor on both the 4X100 and 4X400 relays. Hops... and speed. Glaus is money.

Glaus earned academic honors too. That's cool beans in my book. He's the man.

I told you I had a bad feeling about the series. Wednesday was a must win for the Mavs and they blew it. Now they have to win a game 7 in San Antonio. Anything can happen; they've won there before, but the Spurs definitely have the momentum and obviously they've done it before. We've got to have guys like Stackhouse and Howard and Terry really step up Monday night...Friday proved Dirk can't do it all himself.
Unfortunately I had to watch Game 6 in a bar full of annoying Spurs fans in Austin...salt in the wound for sure.

I tell I never had a real problem with the Spurs are there fans. That was till this series! You really see what a team & there fans are all about when there backs are against the wall! Them & there fans act like they should win it every year! If not the league is trying to keep them from winning Mark Cuban is buying his way to a championship! I guess you see the worst in people when things were not going there way for the 1st time! Every year even if the Spurs beat the Mavs I would pull like crazy for them! Not ever again as I think there cry baby fans & cry baby stars have pushed me right out! Lord I have never seen a city cry more than that toilet of a f-up city did!
I guess when all you have is a over flowing toilt for river your basketball team means more to you!
All that said I have never wanted to stick it to one city & " THE WORST FANS IN THE NBA " more than I do now! GO MAVS!& trust me if they lose your not going to hear me crying not one time! Can't say the same for the sorry Spurs fans!

Also hearing Tony Parker say he was not surprised about Jason Terry punching Finley. Saying Terry has been doing that all the time! WHAT WHAT WHAT? Terry is not a dirty player! What he did to Finley was not bad! One game for that! Mike has for sure turned into the cry baby Spurs player I hoped he would not! Now Dallas has a reason to boo that cry baby! That was just sorry to hear Tony Parker to lie like that! The Spurs I guess bread liars & cry babies!

NOT BAD!! Only pussies punch another man in the balls while he is not defending himself.
I agree with everyone else, the Mavs had their chance and blew it. Spurs will follow the Pistons suit...

I think the Mavs are more than capable of winning tomorrow night. I'll even go so far as to say their team is better than the Spurs. That being said, I think they squandered a golden opportunity and the Spurs have a ton of momentum.
GO MAVS!!!
