Here's my rationale, for what it's worth.
First, here's how Kaepernick did the last time he played Green Bay:

260 passing yards, 180 rushing yards, 4 TDs, one INT. Pretty spectacular. I know Crabtree is gone but Green Bay couldn't do anything against him. I know they'll have time to prepare for him, but shit man, they had time last year and couldn't do shit against him. Second, Green Bay has a high powered offense, which means that they won't just be handing the ball off a bunch, but are going to have to have the ball in Kaepernick's hands a LOT.
Meanwhile, Oakland sucks on both sides of the ball. So my concern is that Indy runs up a big lead and they end up running out the clock. Given that I think Terrelle Pryor is starting, there are going to be some ugly interceptions, which means that Luck might not even need to throw that much.
