This new release (DVD) is the sequel to 1979's B.J. and the Bear.

Starring Jamey Cook, a good-looking young flower delivery guy who travels around Little Elm, Texas in his big red & white van, with his pet chimp Root Bear making deliveries between drinking stops. While on a delivery, Jamey is confronted by the local sheriff who nails him for stealing sport panties from homes lining Port Mansfield.

Jamey is quietly arrested at the local hangout, the Country Comfort Truck Stop but soon escapes.
