Post by Charks »

Just saw the announcement. June 10th at the legendary Cains Ballroom.

About time...they haven't been here since '95-96-ish.

Khakis will be pressed.

I'm seeing them here in NYC on April 18th with DBT-er Jason Isbell opening. I'm way pumped for this lineup... plus it will be nice to see SV at a place that is not my least favorite venue in town (like last time around)...

i was there.
great show. MECO opened.

jay was rocking the cowboy shirt, blue jeans and a chain wallet.

the new guitarist was pretty good but looked like a freak. was probably mid 40s but was trying to look like fall out boy.

D'oh!!! I have a prior event that I'm going to on that day. Sucks that I'll be missing the first Oklahoma engagement in 11 years. Okemah my ass.

elaboration please, sir. glad to hear good show.

my experience w/ farrar's touring wardrobe is that he brings 2 shirts for a 3-month tour. tell you what, though. when the day comes when big pattern plaid flannel from the early 90's comes back in, he will have the hippest threads of any man alive.
